Machine Gun Kelly and girlfriend Megan Fox were hand-in-hand on the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in Brooklyn on Sunday night when a scuffle broke out.

In a video that has been making the rounds on the internet, the UFC fighter Conor McGregor lunges at the rapper and both parties are separated by security.

As per Page Six, McGregor allegedly threw a drink at Machine Gun Kelly, which led to the incident.

A source reportedly said, “They scuffled then it settled down and Conor went for him again.” Photographers were reportedly upset because they were concerned they wouldn’t be able to capture photos of Kelly and Fox.

McGregor was ready to throw fists,” a second source said. “Security was having trouble holding him back.”

A rep for McGregor denied an altercation took place at all — despite there being video evidence. “Conor only fights fighters,” the rep said.

However, TMZ claims McGregor wanted to say hello to Machine Gun Kelly, stuck his hand out and started walking toward him. Kelly said “something” McGregor couldn’t hear and Kelly’s security allegedly shoved McGregor aside. Surprised by how he was treated, McGregor fought back.

Shooting Toti: Paramedics find vehicles ‘riddled with bullets’

Police are investigating a shooting that left two men injured in Amanzimtoti on Friday.

The motive for the shooting is unclear at this stage.

EMER-G-Med paramedics spokesperson Kyle van Reenen said that paramedics had responded to the scene of the shooting to treat the two victims on Friday morning. 

“Emer-G-Med paramedics together with ET Rapid Response, responded to the scene of a shooting incident on Umdoni Road in Amzamzimtoti.   On arrival on scene a Volkswagen Amarok and a Mercedes-Benz were found parked outside a residence, riddled with bullet holes,” Van Reenen said.

“On closer inspection a male approximately thirty years of age was found seated in the Mercedes-Benz, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head,” he said.

Van Reenen said paramedics had used advanced life support intervention to stabilise the man, before he was placed on a mechanical ventilator to assist him with breathing. He was transported rapidly by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further medical attention.

Van Reenen added that a second injured man was found in the Volkswagen, and was he treated for moderate gunshot injuries by a private ambulance service. 

“At this stage the motive for the shooting is unknown and will form the subject of a South African Police Services investigation,” Van Reenen said. 

In a separate incident at around 6pm on Sunday night  Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to the scene of a head on collision on Codemore Road in Yellowwood Park, south of Durban. 

“On arrival on the scene an elderly male and female were found to have sustained serious injuries and were treated and stabilised on the scene by emergency care practitioners before being taken to a nearby hospital for further care,”Van Reenen said.

“The cause of the collision and the events preceding it will form the subject of a local law enforcement investigation,” he added.

Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Abhinav Shukla gets eliminated from the show after underperforming the elimination stunt

The semi-finale week’s episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi begins with host Rohit Shetty telling that all the contestants are just one step away from the Grand Finale of season adding that he is very proud of all the semi-finalists.

Following Rohit’s fun chat with the contestants where Vishal recited poetry for Sana Makbul, Varun played the guitar and Rahul Vaidya sang a song, Rohit reveals that this is a double elimination week and one contestant will be eliminated today and the other contestant will be eliminated tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the first stunt begins with Sana, Arjun, and Vishal chosen to perform the stunt. The stunt happens to be an underwater stunt where a contestant has to go inside the tunnel which is placed under the water. In the tunnel, there are fences and air pockets for the contestants to breathe. Contestants have to cut the fence with the help of the cutter in order to reach the endpoint. While Sana and Arjun successfully completes the stunt, Vishal aborts and gets the 'fear fanda'.

In the middle of difficult tasks, Rohit gives a fun task to Rahul Vaidya and Shweta Tiwari where they are supposed to put 10 hens in a cage. However, moving back to the second stunt which is a head-on stunt, the contestants have to lie down with grains on their bodies. As the task starts, hens will be released and will start eating grains from their body. Whosoever stays for a maximum time period will be safe in the task. Shweta and Abhinav press the buzzers before their opponents, Rahul and Varun and straight gets 'fear fanda.'

The elimination stunt is then performed by the contestants holding fear fandas Vishal, Shweta, and Abhinav. The contestants have to take a ball and throw it in a basket while standing on the platform, while Vishal and Shweta weren't able to do the single basket but threw all balls. Abhinav on the other hand, fell down before he threw all the balls resulting in the actor’s exit from the show.

Medvedev claims U.S. Open title with straight sets win over Djokovic

Novak Djokovic’s quest for a record 21st major title that would have completed the calendar-year Grand Slam collapsed at the final hurdle in a stunning 6-4 6-4 6-4 defeat by Russian Daniil Medvedev in the U.S. Open final on Sunday.

Medvedev, playing in his third major final, at last hoisted a Grand Slam trophy while avenging a straight-sets defeat by Djokovic earlier this year in the Australian Open final.

The 34-year-old Serb was trying to become the first man in over a half-century to win all four majors (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, U.S. Open) in the same year.

It would have made him only the third man to achieve the feat after Don Budge (1938) and Rod Laver (1962 and 1969), who was watching from a courtside seat.

“It’s a tough one to swallow, this loss, considering everything that was on the line,” said Djokovic.

“I was glad it was over because the build-up for this tournament and everything that mentally, emotionally I had to deal with throughout the tournament in the last couple of weeks was just a lot. It was a lot to handle.”

For the fifth consecutive match, Djokovic found himself playing catch-up after dropping the first set.

But this time there would be no way out as the rampaging Russian kept up the pressure with a barrage of aces while allowing Djokovic a single break.

In the second set Medvedev stepped up the pressure further and Djokovic showed the first signs of cracking, the Serb destroying his racquet in a fit of frustration after missing two break chances.

With Djokovic on the ropes, Medvedev moved in with the knockout punch, breaking to clinch the second then racing to a double break 4-0 lead in the third.

Such was Medvedev’s domination that the only tiny bit of suspense came late in the third when the Russian was suddenly hit by a bout of nerves trying to close out the match.

Serving at 5-2 Medvedev double-faulted on match point, allowing Djokovic to secure his break.

After the top seed held serve to trim the deficit to 5-4 Medvedev again had match point and again double-faulted.

But the 25-year-old did not squander another chance, gathering himself to clinch the title on his third attempt.

Medvedev later revealed there might have been more drama had the match gone any further. He said he was starting to cramp up just as he began to close out the third and feared Djokovic would pounce if he saw any sign of vulnerability.

“At 5-4, my left leg, I almost couldn’t walk,” said Medvedev. “When I walked to the towel, my leg was just going behind.

“I was trying not to show it. If Novak feels it, it’s not good.”

Djokovic arrived on Arthur Ashe Stadium court with the weight of history on his shoulders.

An extraordinary women’s final on Saturday between teenagers Emma Raducanu and Leylah Fernandez had softened the spotlight’s glare on Djokovic but there was no shirking from it on Sunday with tennis fans around the world tuned in to witness history.

The women’s final was the first Grand Slam to feature two unseeded players but the men’s followed the form book to the letter with number one Djokovic meeting number two Medvedev.

The New York crowd had never really embraced Djokovic the way it wrapped its arms around Swiss Roger Federer and Spaniard Rafa Nadal, who have also won 20 Grand Slam titles.

It had also shown no real love for Medvedev, the lanky Russian who relished the role of U.S. Open villain on his way to the 2019 final.

Perhaps sensing they were about to witness something special, the crowd rallied behind Djokovic from the moment he stepped on court, showering him with cheers and chants of his nickname: “Nole, Nole, Nole”.

“I felt something I never felt in my life here in New York,” said Djokovic. “The crowd made me (feel) very special.

“The emotion, the energy was so strong. I mean, it’s as strong as winning 21 Grand Slams. That’s how I felt, honestly.”

But no amount of support could lift Djokovic’s game.

The Serb had said he would treat the final as if it were the last match of his career but never came close to finding his best.

Medvedev was also keenly aware there was a line in the history books for him if he were the player to deny Djokovic the coveted calendar-year Grand Slam.

“It definitely makes it sweeter,” said Medvedev. “He was going for huge history and knowing that I managed to stop him it definitely makes it sweeter and brings me confidence for what is to come.”

Salah joins 100 club as Liverpool win at Leeds in match marred by Elliott injury

Mohamed Salah’s 100th Premier League goal helped Liverpool cruise to a 3-0 victory at 10-man Leeds United on Sunday in a match that was marred by teenager Harvey Elliott suffering a dislocated ankle.

After a lightning-fast start to the game, Salah became the 30th player to join the Premier League’s 100-goal club in the 20th minute, tapping home from close range from a Trent Alexander-Arnold cross.

The visitors missed a host of chances to make it 2-0 in the first half, before Fabinho made one count early in the second period to put Juergen Klopp’s side on course for three points in West Yorkshire.

There was a worrying sight later in the half as Elliott needed lengthy treatment on the pitch following a tackle from Leeds’ Pascal Struijk, with the hosts’ substitute shown a straight red card for the challenge by the referee.

Elliott was taken off on a stretcher, receiving applause from Leeds fans as he was taken down the touchline.

“It is his ankle. I heard it was dislocated and they couldn’t put it back and he is now in hospital,” Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp said.

The 18-year-old posted on his Instagram before the match finished: “Thank you for the messages guys! Road to recovery. YNWA (You’ll Never Walk Alone).”

Liverpool regained their composure to add a stoppage-time third through Sadio Mane to put the seal on a victory that moved them above Manchester City into third in the standings, while Leeds sit 17th without a win from four league matches this season.

“We were not in charge very often in the game,” Leeds coach Marcelo Bielsa told Sky Sports. “They were superior to us in all aspects.”

‘SERIOUS FOUL PLAY’

Liverpool’s away form has been impressive – they had won seven and drawn once in their last eight league games on the road before the trip to Elland Road, and showed no fear in going toe-to-toe with Leeds’ high-octane style in a raucous atmosphere on Sunday.

The goal that broke the deadlock came via a familiar source, as Salah was alert to Alexander-Arnold’s pullback to become the fifth fastest player in Premier League history to reach a century of goals, reaching the milestone from 162 appearances for Liverpool and Chelsea combined.

Liverpool were in the ascendancy after their opener, and should have quickly made it two, but Mane could only balloon his effort over the top from close range.

The goal that put the game to bed for Liverpool came after another Alexander-Arnold cross, this time from a corner, with Brazilian Fabinho firing home the loose ball.

Elliott, who has impressed this season since being promoted to the first-team fold by Klopp, was then left in serious pain having been caught by Struijk’s trailing leg.

Struijk was sent off by referee Craig Pawson and the decision was confirmed by the VAR before the red card was shown.

When contacted by Reuters for the reason behind the dismissal, the Premier League said it was for “serious foul play – intensity and endangering the safety of an opponent.”

Mane’s frustrating afternoon in front of goal continued as chance after chance came and went, before he finally put one away in stoppage-time to put the icing on the cake and make it 10 points from 12 so far this season for Liverpool, as Klopp’s side stretched their unbeaten Premier League run to 14.
