Wizkid’s fans aren’t happy after a video of Wizkid’s hit song, Essence, UK Garage’s version found itself on the Twitter trends table.
UK garage, or UKG, is an umbrella term for an array of electronic dance music (EDM) and urban music styles that emerged from the United Kingdom’s club scene in the 1990s.
American artists like Solid Crew, the Streets, and Craig David have tapped and are presently dwelling on the sound. An American artiste, Star wondered how Essence would sound as if it was a UK Garage version. He got to work and later shared a clip of his work on Twitter.

Music lovers have been dropping comments in relation to the video. While some are thanking him for the amazing sound and have inquired where they can get a full version of it, others are begging him to leave Essence the way it is. They noted that some songs might need a Garge version, but Essence isn’t one of them.
