Music producer and singer, Omah Lay has scored an impressive achievement with his newly released single, Understand.

After just 4 weeks on the internet, the video for the song has surpassed 10 million views on YouTube.

Omah Lay already has a handful of other videos over the 10 million view mark. His 2020 hit, Godly has over 43 million views, but Understand is Omah Lay’s first song to have achieved this feat within a short period of time.

The audio and the video for Understand were released in August and it was produced by Tempoe.

ED again summons Jacqueline Fernandez in money laundering case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has once again summoned actress Jacqueline Fernandez in a money laundering case. As per reports, it involves an all-alleged multi-crore extortion racket which is led by Sukesh Chandrashekar, an accused in a bribery matter including the Election Commission.

On September 25, Jacqueline will be appearing before the Delhi officials for the same.

Earlier, on August 30, she was interrogated for almost 5 hours in the same case against conman Sukesh Chandrashekar. However, sources also revealed that Jacqueline has been roped in the matter as a victim and not as an accused in the case.

Talking about the case, it is based on an FIR filed by Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) against Sukesh and others over alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating, and extortion of about Rs 200 crore. Under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Jacqueline’s statement was recorded.

On August 23, the ED had said that it had seized a luxurious beach bungalow located in Chennai, Rs 82.5 lakh in cash, 2kg gold, 16 luxury cars and other high-end items in this case.

Tanuja Chandra resumes shoot of Hush Hush with Juhi Chawla, Soha Ali Khan, and others

Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra resumed the shoot of her Amazon Prime Video series, Hush Hush, where she is an executive producer and creative director. The shooting was stopped due to the second wave of the pandemic but as normalcy resumed, so did shoot.

A source revealed that more than 50 percent of Hush Hush is completed. It was being shot in Delhi before the second wave came and then was halted in between. Before coming to back to Mumbai to wrap the shoot, the cast and crew will first complete the Delhi schedule from where they left off. The source further added that the final Mumbai schedule will begin in October and after that the show will be wrapped up in November.

Helmed by Kopal Nathani, the series revolves around six women sharing their stories of passion, power, friendship, anger and deceit. It will be featuring Juhi Chawla, Kritika Kamra, Soha Ali Khan, Ayesha Jhulka, Karishma Tanna, and Shahana Goswami in lead roles. Moreover, this will be Juhi, Ayesha and Soha’s debut into the digital entertainment.

Produced by Vikram Malhotra, the series is written by National Award-winning writer Juhi Chaturvedi. As an ode to women, the announcement was made on March 8 on Women’s Day and the series is led by an all-women cast and crew as well.
